Who are the ADHD books designed for?
Our ADHD resources are designed for anyone who lives with ADHD symptoms. They have been created from personal experience and include practical activities, planners, journals, colouring pages, puzzles, and worksheets. However, our adult ADHD colouring is designed for adults as it contains adult language & humour.
Are your ADHD books medical advice?
No. Our books are intended as educational and self-help resources. They are not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.
Do the colouring books contain adult language?
Yes. The ADHD Colouring & Puzzle Book is intended for adults and contains adult humour and language.
Digital Products
How will I receive my digital purchase?
Your digital product will be sent to the email address you provide during checkout shortly after your purchase is complete.
Will I receive a physical copy?
No. Digital products are delivered electronically only unless the product description specifically states that it is a physical book.
Can I print my digital products?
Yes. You’re welcome to print your digital products for your own personal use or use them digitally on a tablet or computer.
Can I share or resell my digital products?

Can I get a refund on a digital product?
Unfortunately, no. Due to the nature of digital downloads, all digital product sales are final.
Physical Books
Who makes the physical books?
Every physical book is personally printed, assembled, packaged, and posted by me.
Can I return a physical book?
If your book arrives damaged, faulty, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us as soon as possible. You may be asked to provide photographs before a replacement or refund can be considered.
Personalised Books
How do I personalise my books?
For digital personalise yourself books, there is a link on the last page of your book with instructions on how to personalise the book yourself.
For printed books, after purchasing, email your personalisations (in the description of the product page) to kindamanagingadhd@mail.com:
Your personalised book will then be created and posted to you.
Digital Products Business Guides
Do I need experience to start?
Not at all. The business guides are written for complete beginners and explain everything step by step.
Do I need expensive software?
No. Many of the guides show you how to get started using affordable or free tools, including Canva.
Will your guides guarantee that I’ll make money?
No. The guides teach strategies, tools, and ideas that many people use when building digital product businesses. However, success depends on factors such as your effort, consistency, marketing, product quality, and market demand. No income or earnings are guaranteed.
Can I use these guides from my phone?
Yes. All of the information and tools can be followed using a smartphone.
Are the free digital products included ready to sell?
Some products may require editing or customisation before selling. Always follow the licence terms provided with any products included in the guide.
