ADHD Journal

Living with ADHD can often feel overwhelming, so I created this ADHD Journal to help bring a little more structure, clarity, and calm to everyday life. It was made by someone with ADHD, for people who understand what it’s like to have a mind that’s constantly on the go.

I originally designed this journal to help me organise my thoughts, process my emotions, and better understand how my ADHD affects my daily life. It became a tool I found myself using regularly, so I decided to share it with others in the hope that it could help them too.

Unlike mass-produced books, every copy is personally printed, assembled, and packaged by me before being carefully posted to your door. It’s a project I’ve created with care, and I hope it becomes a helpful part of your own ADHD journey.

Inside you’ll find a collection of guided journal pages, practical advice, and interactive worksheets designed to help you reflect, stay organised, and understand your ADHD in a way that works for you.

What’s included:

• Guided mental health and self-reflection prompts
• Practical ADHD advice and coping strategies
• Fun and engaging worksheets
• Space for journalling, goal setting, and personal notes
• An assembled physical book made to order just for you

Whether you’re newly diagnosed or have been living with ADHD for years, this journal is designed to help you build positive habits, organise your thoughts, and take a little time for yourself each day.

Important Information:

• 📚 This is a physical book, not a digital download.
• Every copy is printed, assembled, and packaged by me.
• 📦 Your order will be posted directly to your address.

Created from my own experience of living with ADHD, this journal is my way of sharing the tools that have helped me better understand my brain and manage everyday life. I hope it gives you a space to reflect, grow, and remember that you’re not facing ADHD alone.
